I consider an apprenticeship a serious commitment for both parties. It is something that one decides to embark on after a considerable amount of training and work on their own personal path. It is something that both teacher and student must journey to the spirits on, as well as talk about and approach in ceremony.

I do take apprentices, beginning with a year and a day commitment but not until I have worked with the person for quite a while - long enough to see if we are a good match.
