August 28th, 4-5:30pm Oloteas at the Longhouse in Redmond WA Art and Spirit Tap into the most primal well of creative energy - that which flows from your sacred temple. This temple is your sacred space. It is the beginning and end of all things. It is your inner psyche, your body, your cosmic mandala. It is from where you can express yourself, channel the Divine and enter the play and song of Devotion.
We are all born with the birthright of sovereignty of our inner temple. Reclaiming this opens up clear channels from spirit and to the outside world. This is what enables us to make authentic, mesmerizing creations, in whatever medium we work.
Through meditation and dance, we will enter this space together, in the Temple of Temples, to find, to explore, to clear, to express, to celebrate.

Discovering and Making Plant Spirit Medicine
Tasara and Calling Bear will lead a workshop focused on finding your own personal medicine from an herb growing on the land. You will journey with the spirit of the herb, and discover what magic the herb has specifically for you, for use in your personal life. Next you will make an herbal remedy (e.g., tincture, infusion) based on the guidance you received from the plant's spirit during the journey, for you to keep!
